Unlike Symantec they actually answer their technical support lines too. Not only are they cheaper but they seem faster and their Enterprise Console is a dream to work with. Since this we have looked elsewhere and settled with Sophos. I wish this was just a site who has known slow computers, but even brand new dual core PC's are taking a performance hit. The most common feedback I have had from ALL sites is that their computers are running a hell of a lot slower. Upgrading has been fairly smooth apart from one customer who's server just will not work at all. However I am yet to see a happy installation of Endpoint Security. I have always hated Symantec's client home versions of the software but never had any issues with Client Security (or Cooperate Edition if that's what you want to call it). Since Symantec started mailing their clients to inform them they entitled to a free upgrade from Client Security to Endpoint Security I have had lots of customers ask for this to be done on their network. I work as an IT Engineer and perform various tasks.
